Hi!
I want to get customer's requests with additional information about version, platform type, browser etc.
I use JSM widget at my product for collecting requests.
I have to ask my customer always "Which browser do you use?". It's not productive for team and disturb clients.
Maybe someone knows about some apps for a such widget?
