Hello,
when I open a ticket in Jira Service Desk with this URL:
https://jira.company/projects/IT/queues/custom/1/XX-000
I am not able to write a comment with the comment-button:
When clicking the button nothing happens.
I don't think it is a permission problem since the permission is given and other options (Editing button) to write a comment work.
When I open the same ticket with this URL:
https://jira.company/browse/XX-000
the comment button works fine.
So depending on the URL the Comment-button works or doesn't work.
Does anyone have an idea how this behaviour can be explained or am I dealing with a bug here?
Hello,
thanks a lot for your answer.
Hard to tell whether I experience that same issue since I have the above described problem not only with Firefox and IE (as desrcribed in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-3553) but also with Chrome and Opera. Additionally, I have this problem in one Service Desk project but not in another Service Desk project ( on the same server). I'd expect the bug to appear in all Service Desk projects.
But I guess it is still part of the same problem as described in the bug report JDSERVER-3553
