After a power outage and reboot, our Jira pages are different and we cannot understand why:
The main issue - The universal "Comment" field looks different now. Before it had buttons to control comments visibility as internally or externally. Now it just has a drop down that shown internal users and project roles. Cannot find the setting that changed!!! Been scouring the admin settings, web. It's ironic because we recently complained that the universal comment field was not configurable at all which is really limiting and strange for a "Service Desk" application. Now suddenly it is reconfigured completely and we have no idea how it happened.... or how to fix it :o
This is a major frustration with Jira - but we just need to understand how to get control back and why it changed.
Another issue is that our custom boards were nuked, and no longer found after the power outage. That is probably out own IT setup but still, weird and maybe related. The boards were active for months so it is not clear why they were not backed up to our server.
