Comments are not populated in JIRA Dashboard

Hi all,

I cant be able to see the issue last comments in the JIRA dashboard gadgets.

Could you please help on above issue.

Are u sure that you correctly setup an automation in order to populate that field with the last comment?

Last comment is just a text field but it need to be populated through an automation or a third part app.

Here we don't have a privilege for jira admin to access the automation field.
