Configure fields on Issue screen

Is there any way for me to add a heading to my Issue view screen or configure the fields to display?  I have 6 fields used for estimation and I'd like to group them under some sort of heading (not a tab).  Any way to achieve this in Data Center with or without a plugin?  I have Jira 9.0.
