Hello there, our team have a lot ongoing issues tied up to specific customers as billable time in between the "normal" tasks of ongoing product developement. How would you connect issues to a specific customer (to be able to pull out report as billable hours to invoice in the other end?)
It might be easier to use one of the existing Marketplace Apps, for example AtlasCRM or Tempo.
