ConnectAll Stopped syncing attachments

Are any other ConnectAll users having problems with attachments no longer syncing?

We have two Jira Cloud instances were we sync a couple of JSM projects in one instance to Jira Software projects in the other instance. 

We haven't made any changes to our ConnctAll configuration for months, but it just stopped syncing attachments around July 5th. 

I opend a suport ticket with ConnectAll and have been conversing back and forth with them. They still haven't been able to find a root cause.
