Hi,
I have an Insight object "Service" with attribute "Category".
I would like to show only "Service" objects where their "Category"=="Application" only on Service desk cretate screen of ticket type == "Application bug". On all the other ticket types I would like all the "Services" objects to be displayed.
I have set up a Custom Insight field and I managed to show only Application services, but they are on all of the service desk ticket create screens.
Any guidance or help would be appreciated.
