Hi,
We are undergoing the task of migrating from JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud.
We have a sandbox setup for this to ensure all information is copied across, make any changes if necessary and to get users to test first before we roll out in Production.
I see there is the ability to copy from Production to Sandbox, but I am unable to see how does one copy from Sandbox to Production?
Is that possible?
Thank you.
Hello @Drishti Maharaj
There isn't a way of doing this "out of the box". Your best bet is to use a Marketplace App like Configuration Manager for Jira.
Hi Drishti actually you can't copy from sandbox to production.
There are some workaround you can use but they depends case to case.

As the others have already pointed out this is not natively possible in Jira Cloud. With our app Deep Clone for Jira, you can clone issues from your sandbox to your production instance. To do that you need to configure our Instance Clone feature.
