Create Jira ticket from noreply email

Hi,

I'm using the Jira Service Management to create Jira tickets from emails. When I send an email from a no-reply email address Jira doesn't create the ticket. I'm not leveraging the allowlist nor the blocklist capabilities today.

Is there a way to enable Jira ticket creation from a no-reply email address?

Just to clarify...

  • Are you using a custom email address?
  • Are other custom email addresses working when creating issues from them?
  • Are all email addresses set to create issues in the relevant Project's settings?

  • We are using a custom email address.
  • The Jira ticker creation is working with other email addresses.
  • There is no allowlist nor blocklist on our Project's settings.
