Hi, just wondering if it is possible to create a request on behalf of an organisation? I know that if an Agent creates a request on behalf of a customer that belongs to an organisation or if that customer creates the request themselves that the organisation will automatically be assigned to the issue, however what about customers that are assigned to multiple organisations?
Is it possible to select which organisation the request is being made on behalf of when the user is selected? Currently it seems that if you create a request on behalf of a user that belongs to multiple organisations the organisation field for the issue will be left blank.
Nevermind, found the solution myself. When creating a request for a user attached to an Organization an extra field should appear for sharing options, users attached to more than one organization will have this set to private request by default however this can be changed by clicking the drop down and selecting the relevant organization.
If you have the modify reporter permission, you can change the reporter to someone else.

Modify reporter:
Permission to modify the 'Reporter' of an issue. This allows a user to create issues 'on behalf of' someone else. This permission should generally only be granted to administrators.

Not exactly what I was looking for, however I did find the solution to my query, when creating a request for a user attached to more than one organization it is set to private request by default, however this can be changed to share with either organization attached to the user.
