I have developed a plugin that creates custom fields for JIRA. For example one of the custom field that I created is a dropdown that holds a specific JQL result(e.g issues). Eventhought, created dropdown custom field works perfectly in Jira Core ,yet it is not working, in other word, the options of the dropdown is not appearing on Customer Portal . Is there any differences between creating a custom field for Jira Core and Jira Service Desk?
