Creating Custom Fields with multiple drop down lists

I have created a custom field for "Location of Problem".  Then I created a Parent and under the parent I have options.  

However, those options also need to have drop down selections.  

So I need to be able to add additional options as example  below.  

1. Example Location 
   1. Facility
      
      1. Main Campus
         
         1. Library 
            1. Men's Rest Room
               1. Middle Sink

Currently I am only able to have two drop downs. 

Is this possible?

That is all Jira supports. I would look for a plug-in available for cloud that does that. I don't know if there is one.
