Creating Subtasks take a lot of time

When I create sub-tasks, It takes a lot of time. 

Can someone suggest me what can be the problem?

Hello @QK 

You can reduce the number of fields on the sub-task creation form to a minimum or if you want to auto-create them when a parent is created or when a parent issue transitions to a certain worfklow status then you can use a paid plugin

I only have these 4 fields.

I don't want to create sub-tasks automatically. I am interested in why does it take so much time to create sub-tasks? It slows down the working process
