Current user must match contents of the field

I  m using this condition "Current user must match contents of the field" to match the user from a custom field for a workflow

I created custom field as a drop down and gave the name as shown Assignee.

Now condition never gets passed. I want to know how to match the user.

What is the format i have store in the custom field
