Hello,
I have an odd request as a requirement and hoping someone can help. We have Confluence and JIRA. We have a ton of documents that we populate for projects (like 75) that have duplicate data in them.
The customer is requesting that we create a database for all the document data fields. And then we can pull the data from that database to populate the documents. Essentially so we only have to fill out duplicate data one time. And if we make edits it is updated to all documents with that field.
Does anyone know how to do this? What Add-Ons could/would be necessary in Confluence and/or JIRA?
I've heard ProFields/EZ BI but I'm not seeing the connection. So if anyone has done this successfully, please let me know.
Secondary question - how would this handle data like tables or photos?
Final question - how do you setup look and feel of document so it exports clean?
THANK YOU!
