Custom Field Context

Hi All,

Our folks created custom fields but never bothered to create contexts. I would like to know if I create a new context "Context A" in custom field A and create the same options as the default and remove the project A from the default context and tag it to Context A. Would I loose any data as far as any issue goes.

From what I know, you don't lose any data by switching the context. The options out of the new context will be hidden from users, and the options introduced by the new context will now be seen.
