Custom field is shown twice on Screen

Hi, 

I have added multiple custom Fields to my Screen, all the same way. Unfortunately one Custom field is displayed twice on the same screen. 

Can anybody exmplain why this happens and how I can prevent it?

it is not twice it is a multi select drop down list

you can select a parent value in the left and then child valsue in the right box

as example:

win10 - v1909

win10 - v20H2

Yes, that looks like a cascading list field.

Thanks! Looks like I have selected the wrong Type. I have changed it to Single Choice (Single List).
