Custom status bar for Service Desk

Good morning All,

I'm wondering is there is an add on that replaces the current status view on the customer portal with a status bar. OR, if anyone knows how to add a custom status bar to the customer portal, that would be great. 

Just trying to find ways to provide customers with an experience that shows them where they are at a high level.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Thomas,

If this is a Cloud instance you wouldn't be able to customize it per Restricted functions in Jira Cloud applications .  If this is a Server instance you may try an add-on such as Ultimate Theming for Jira Service Desk.
