Customer Portal - Database Field not displaying data

We are setting up JIRA Service Desk but I am having a hard time getting a database field from Market Place to correctly display the data on the portal side.  The field works correctly when creating an issue in the project but not on the request on the portal. Any suggestions?

Database fields, as some other special custom fields aren't supported on portals.
