Customer Portal - My Requests Page, Open Requests filter showing Closed Requests also.
I mean, there are calls with Status as Closed. But, Resolution is not set as 'done'.
Is there a way, to alter these screens? I mean, to set not to display the requests which are in status 'closed'.
the filters on the customer portal is not customizable unfortunately, so the resolution should be set if the issue is closed otherwise it will not filter out the correct issues.
If the user cancels a request, it does not update the resolution, but closes the issue. The cancel transition needs to be changed to modify the resolution field when executed.
