Customer Portal drop down from JIRA

Is it possible to have a link to the customer portal for service desk in JIRA? What I'm looking for is something like we have with Confluence where JIRA users can click on the drop down menu in the left hand corner to switch to Confluence from JIRA and vice versa. Right now, we dont have an easy way for users to access the customer portal for Service Desk.

Hi Lesly,

You can do this by creating a custom link in the App Switcher, which is likely how you are switching between Jira and Confluence.

The short version on what you need to do is:

1. Choose Jira Admin(gear icon) > Applications.
2. Select Application Navigator(very bottom of left navigation).
3. Create links by entering a name and the URL on the page.
