Currently, it's not possible to customize the customer portal. The searches are limited to the filters that already exists in the portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability: - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4384 Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
