Hello.
We have been using JIRA for over a year now, and I find their customer support limited which has made our organization look around for a better solution.
We pay a significant amount of money every month, and feel that the we, as the customer are "on our own" in terms of getting support from a human interaction. It is either on their community forums or knowledge article.
Is there any human interaction / support we can get from JIRA?
