Hi @Mary Ann Mackrell - are you asking about CSAT's in Jira Service Management? If so, maybe this article will help you. There is an issue view available in the Satisfaction report that will display average customer satisfaction scores along with Key and Agent. You can also create a custom report (which there is a link to an article on that in the below article).
