We have a few customer groups set up for our portal, however I noticed today that some of these groups have had members removed (no longer showing), even though they still appear under the User Management>Jira Service Management screen. I did not remove these employees from the Customer Groups, nor does the Audit Log show any record of any other admin doing the same. Would someone be able to advise on this for me?
