Customers in portal cannot open attachments from confluence

Hello,

This morning, we found out that attachments we uploaded in confluence and that are shared with our customer portal, are shown, but when the customers click on it, they are not opened like they used. It opens a new tab or browser instead. We did not change anything in our settings, and in the confluence itself there is no difference then how it used to be, Does anyone have an idea?
