please assist me if there is a way set up my customer portal, for Customers not to view orgnisation tickets in help center / customer portal only to view issues that are raised by them not others that are on the system? There are sensitive or confidential issues that are not for everyone to see but if they log in to help center and select My Request and select created by anyone they will see them.
it is 1 organazation how can i set that restriction up. At the moment they seeing every issue on the system
