We want to set up an automation that sends a message to a Slack channel daily with ticket updates grouped by Status.
I tried Zapier but couldn't get that to work. I tried the Jira automation, and it just sends a list of tickets without grouping by status.
Is this possible?

how are you doing the JQL for your branches? just one big query for open issues which returns all statuses?
off the top of my head, it might require multiple messages per status, I don't recall it being able to sort lookup issues

Can you show us the automation rule you constructed and the details of each step?
How are you selecting the tickets you want to include in the Slack message?
How have you formatted the message you are sending to Slack.
