Daily Tasks notification

Hi,

 I wanted to daily email notifications for all user so to remind about the tasks each day

Can you help me with this

Hi Hadi,

You can create a filter to select these tasks, and then add a filter subscription to it, so the people get the email. You can even define how many times a day!

Thanks Joach for your quick reply, first I am new to Jira so the filter is a bit new for me + I am using Jira Cloud is this the same way to implement then Jira Sever?

Thanks Joachim, the solution work properly and as I am using Jira Cloud the steps to achieve this is very straightforward:

1. Under Site Administration/ Groups/ Create Group called: Daily Task team or whatever suit you
2.  Then go to Jira Dashboard, on the left click Issues & Filter
3. Click on view all filters
4. Open any filter and save it as a new filter and call it Daily tasks/issues
5. Enter the filter and set up the criteria
   1. Projects all
   2. Type all
   3. Status: Backlog, in progress for my case
   4. user: Current user
   5. save the change and go back to view all filters
6. In the listing find the required filter and click the 3 dots on the right
7. Click manage subscription
8. Add subscription
   1. Recipients of the group that you just created in step 1
   2. Schedule option
   3. Subscribe
9. Voila!

For testing, you can click run now the filter so it will send an email for each user with their tasks accordingly
