Our organization consists of 20+ subsidiaries. Our IT department acts like an MSP to all of those companies. Most of the subsidiaries are on our Gsuite platform, but a handful of the larger subsidiaries use the Microsoft platform.
Unfortunately I can't use Gsuite and Microsoft to sync accounts via Atlassian access, because it only lets you chose one IDP. Manually creating and maintaining 100+ jira service desk customer accounts is not an option for us.
If your organization has come across this issue then please explain how you've dealt with it. I'm thinking the only option I have is to create a separate service desk environment.
