For some reason, I get only a very few of them.
Discovered the problem when I could not find the Filter Results gadget in the list.
I am running JIra 6.4.1 on the evaluation license on my own box with Ubuntu 14.04 x64
For the installation I used the Linux 64 bit Installer from Atlassian download page.
Please advise.
In order to get the default gadgets to appear, I had to manually add the one by one using gadget URL.
URLs for default gadgets can be found using the page below:

We hit the same issue after updating from 6.4 to 6.4.3. Adding the url of a base gadget back in by url works.

Tha same for me JIRA 6.4.4.
Adding one gadget by hands will cause JIRA to load all system gadgets.
