Deleting test issues I put in to test conectivity

I have Jira Administration rights.

I had to test my connectivity between TestRail and Jira and created 4 test Jira issues.

How do I delete these test issues and start from scratch with the new numbering?

Delete the old project and create a new one.

If I delete, surely I will have to start again with all the groups I have and emails etc?

Yes, you will need to recreate a project suitable for the new stuff.
