Description Display of custom field not displayed

Hello Team,
Currently I am trying to add a description to one of my custom field . But the description is not displayed correct in create/view/Edit screen .
The issue is only with the custom fields which fetches the data from Insight CMDB schema .
Description added : <font color="red">Field is mandatory</font>
Description displayed in create/view/edit screen : <p><font color="red">Field is mandatory</font></p>
Can you please suggest how to get the description correct .
