Description Field appearing twice on view issue in two different tabs when it shouldn't be

I have added a custom field to the JIRA project for Acceptance Criteria.

This was moved to be just underneath the JIRA default Description field within the Screen used for Create, Edit and View. The same Screen Scheme is being used on all issue types including Story and Epics aside from Bugs.

However despite the Screen set up and the right screen scheme attached to the issue types etc. The description field is now appearing on two different tabs on the view mode of an issue, and also it is not appearing above the Acceptance Criteria custom field as it is set to do so on the Screen set up.

What is even more confusing and infuriating that the moment is the description is also appearing on the second tab in the View mode only, when it is not attached to that tab anywhere in the Screen set up and Scheme.

Has anyone else got this issue or know how to fix it?

It's currently confusing not only myself but also my team.
