Hi all,
We noticed that some of the descriptions are missing within the customer request vierw.
So, the whole view is empty. When we add a comment it is visible within the customer request view. Descriptions stays empty. Anyone an idea?

Hi Gernot,
Check on the issue type screen scheme associated to this project and make sure that the Description field is within the list.
