Developers collaborators from jira in servicedesk

Hi guys,

According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedesk/collaborator-660967501.html there seem to be an option to add JIRA software developers as collaborators in JIRA servicedesk, without having to count/add them as technicians in servicedesk.

Few clicks away though, turns out that's for JIRA servicedesk cloud. Is there maybe a solution to get this for on premise too?

It's been in ServiceDesk Server for quite a while now.  What version are you on?

There was a licensing issue I didn't fully understood. Indeed option is there.
