Different javascript context to custom fields in the Create Issue page and popup

I created a new issue type for jira with some custom fields and works well. However in the page "../secure/CreateIssue.jspa" I have 2 funcionality that provide a create issue screen, the page with the create issue screen of my issue type and the "+ Create Issue" option on the top of the page that opens a popup. When I use the popup, my custom fields lose javascript context. I don't know why but my popup get the context of custom fields in the page and not the custom fields in the popup. This scenario works well when I have another issue type screen like:

page popup

bug my issue type (work)

task my issue type (work)

...

my issue type my issue type (not work)
