Display Jira Software issues in Customer portal

We would like to show jira software issues in Customer portal for non-licensed users.

We have third party plugins where we can use HTML code and display issues using rest API. I am aware of Service Desk API and now we are displaying issues and added few filtering options using HTML, Java Script.

Is there any API to show Software project issues in the Customer portal for Non-Licensed users.

Could you please suggest a way for it. Looking forward to hear from you.

  1. What is your business case?
  2. Why is it necessary to display on the portal?
  3. Who should create such issues?
  4. Do you want to differentiate access on the portal or everyone should have an access?
  5. What plugins do you have?

Hi @Alexander Bondarev ,

I think the use case is pretty simple - at least on our side:

- Working on Customer Projects (Medium and large Projects with multiple issues and dependencies) and giving the customer visibility, is not possible with the standard JSM Portal "My Requests" View

- Licensing 100s of Customers with a Jira Software License "Just" for them to see a plan, is not an economic solution

So showing a "Plan" like from Structure or Big Picture in the Customer Portal would be a big improvement for service companies.

Any thoughts on this?
