Display Username and Date in a Custom Field

I would like to be able to display a username with a date field. Fore example, I would like to display the date an issue was updated along with the user who updated it.

Is there a way to accomplish this with a Custom Field?

That's logged in the issue history.  You should be able to pull it out of there with a scripted field if you need it in a different format.  (Scripted fields are provided by a couple of add-ons)
