Display a field only if 2 conditions are fulfilled

Hi,

We would like to setup a new field on bug issue type, only if 2 conditions are previously fulfilled on the bug:

Testing phase = FDR

Root cause = Data

In this case (when testing phase = FDR and Root cause = Data), the creating form should display a new field called "Data root cause" with the associated values: Data_BDR, Data_Master_Data, Data_Transactional_Data, Data_Reconciliation.

Showing fields based on conditions is most easily done with Behaviours from Scriptrunner, a very versatile app for scripted customizations. 

OOTB this is not possible.
