Hi,
I'd like to display an indicator of how long a specific ticket has spent in its current Status.
We are adopting the Agile Board to display management tasks and we need to be aware of how long for instance a ticket has been on the In Progress status in order to re-prioritize and react accordingly.
I am looking for either a incrementally added number of days very similar in display style to the Estimated Points or a kind of automated rule to style it in another color or anything else, both text or graphics that could indicate the number of days in the current Status that would the be zeroed as soon as the ticket changes Status.
Any ideas? I would sure be grateful for any kind of feedback!
Thanks in advance,
Apu
Generally speaking, the more 'dots' the longer it's been in the column.
Someone else determined that the colors mean this;
I have not verified that but this is a case of "More is NOT better".
Hope that helps,
Cheers!
A quick and easy approach is on the board itself - go to the configure option/card layouts and turn on "Days in Column"
It will show 'dots' across a card for each day in the column/status.

NOTE: This will not be something you can report on, but will give you a visual. If you need more, it starts getting a bit more complicated...

Hi Tom,
just activated the "Days in Coumn" feature and I have an additional question:
What do the colors of the dots mean? There are maximum 4 dots, red, orange, darker and lighter grey.
Can you explain that, please?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Monika
