'm on 2nd day of my trial for Jira Software. There's 7 of us, and 2GB storage is not enough for us, so Standard Cloud is the way to go (10 users, 250GB storage).
I have a FREE subscription for Service Desk Cloud (I only need 1 agent: myself). My purpose is just to catch emails from a specific email address (help@mydomain.com), and push them in to a Jira Project. Do I need a separate standard license for service desk too?
Hi Joseph - The quick answer is no, you do not need a Jira Service Desk license to just create an issue through email.
