Necesito personalizar el portal del cliente , pero la configuración que me proporciona jira service desk es muy basica, quisera restruturar el panel que utiliza el cliente .

On Cloud, styling options have already improved quite a bit. If you are on server, you could have a look at Refined Theme for Jira Service Desk (Marketplace).
