Due Date

Hello, i am using Jira Software. Now i have a specific question. 

What i Need is an instruction how to set a due date notification, that is send to my (or the Person assigned to the Project) email adress. My Goal is to get this notification 2-3 days Prior the Project's due date.

Anyone here able to help me? Thanks in Advance!

Hello,

You need to create a filter, which would choose all issues, which are about to expire:

duedate > 2d

Then create a subscription for the filter. Subscription will send the result of the filter to all subscribed users:

I wasn't able to edit my notification settings the way you proposed. Instead, i found an application on the market place which seems to provide the solution i am Looking for.

Do you know About "e-Reminders add-on for Jira" -  and does it seem to solve my problem? 

Sorry, i am not very experienced with Jira in general.

I do not know this add-on. But the way I told you is an out of the box solution.

What exactly did not work? Could you make a screenshot?
