Duplication of issues in mobile application

Hi,

my colleague has recently tried to add issue from a mobile application where he encounter 2 issues:

• Required fields do not show the red star behind them as it does in WEB browser
• When he created one issue - for some reason there happened duplication of the issue and the issue duplicated itself into 2

Since we would like to see all the required fields even in mobile app, but it is not showing us?

Did anyone encounter such a problem? 

Is there any solution to it or a workaround?

Duplication of issues seems like a bug to me.
