Email This Issue create incident without populate custom fields

I configured "Email this issue" to manage some automatic systems of a customer.

The email is managed, the ticket is opened but the fields are not populated.

Here's the error message:

It looks like it is failing on a regex that you gave set up. What sort of value are you expecting, and what is in your regex?
