Email customer field

Hello,

I would like to create custom fields called : email and phone.

Phone field it's easy to do.

Email it's also easy to create it but I would like to create it like a elasticsearch field.

I could see that this can be done with a list of jira users but i would like to get the same regarding our costumers.
