I have a user that receives a weekly email for a scheduled item being created and assigned to him, but the actual link to the Jira issue goes to something totally different. The information within the email has all the right data and shows the right Assignee, but the link at the top goes to a ticket with totally different information that is not assigned to him. He said each week the link is different. I've attached a picture of the email where you can see the Summary is Safe Harbor Processing with a link of HEARSTHEARST-4318 and then a picture of what HEARSTHEARST-4318 actually contains.
Found the problem. The email was coming from our test instance of Jira, but linking to Production.
