Emoji email notification Jira software

Hi! 

I have tried to find the answer but cannot. Is there a way to turn on notificaitons for an emoji-reaction on a comment? The use case would be someone adding a comment and then someone giving it thumbs up. In that case the person who created the comment would like to be notified. Or is there a way to create an automation or other "workaround" ?

Realise I was not very clear. There are in fact notifications for emojis BUT not e-mailnotifications. The problem with that is if you have users that use Jira now and then they do not see these updates as clearand would like them with the other e-mail notifications that are sent. ...Any Ideas?!
